Why does my Stingray Karaoke Party subscription not work on the Karaoke Store?

The Stingray Karaoke Party app offers access to thousands of karaoke videos streamed over the Internet via subscription.

The Karaoke Store offers thousands of karaoke videos to purchase and download individually for use on computers or karaoke machines.

While the two services are different and a mobile app subscription is not compatible with the Karaoke Store, your account will allow you to log in to both the app and the Karaoke Store. 

Additionally, you can play songs that you purchased on the Karaoke Store in the Singing Machine Karaoke App
