Video playback issues in the app

If the karaoke videos on the  app are not playing as expected, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

• Restart the app
• Check that the app is up-to-date
• Close any other apps you may be using
• Reinstall the app
• Turn off Background Videos and display lyrics on black (this uses less internet bandwidth)
• Check your internet connection
• Try using the application on a different device. If it works on another device, it's possible there could be an issue with the first device.
