The file format you use will depend on how you would like to playback the karaoke videos. It is possible to change file format by selecting MY ACCOUNT > CHANGE FILE FORMAT.
Computers/Mobile devices: select MP4 with multi-track audio if your video player supports multi-track audio (this makes it quick to turn on and off the lead vocal track) OR select MP4 single audio track if your video player does not support multiple audio tracks.
If your machine supports MP3+G files, we recommend selecting ZIP(MP3+G video with single audio track). This format can also be used to create CD+Gs using a third-party software.
If your machine supports MP4 files, you may select MP4 (video with multi-track audio) - if your system supports playback of MP4 files and supports switching between the two audio tracks or MP4 (video with single-track audio). This format can also be used with personal computers and mobile devices.
Note: we recommend verifying with your device's manual to determine which file formats are supported by your device.
