How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. How to cancel depends on where you purchased your subscription:  

iTunes

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, please visit Apple’s instructions on how to cancel. 

Google Play

If you subscribed through the Google Play App Store, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu Subscriptions
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Tap Cancel subscription
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions

Amazon Prime (video channel add on)

To cancel your Karaoke subscription on Amazon Prime Video:

  1. Sign in to your Amazon Prime account.
  2. From the menu, select Your Video Subscriptions.
  3. Click the corresponding button to cancel your Stingray Karaoke subscription.
