I purchased a subscription, but am only getting 30-second samples
FollowIf you purchased an in-app subscription, but are still only getting song samples, please follow the steps below:
Launch the application and log in to your account
Tap on the settings icon in the top right-hand corner
Tap on Account and Settings
Tap on Restore Subscription
If the above does not reactivate your subscription, please contact our Customer Experience team
