Having connection issues with the Stingray Karaoke Party mobile app
FollowIf the video playback is not working, it may be due to connection issues. Here are some steps you can try to get you back up and running:
- Turn your wifi off for 30 seconds and then switch it back on to verify if connection issues persist.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router.
- If you are using mobile data, check that you have not exceeded your monthly allowance.
- If you are on a shared or public connection, there may be too many users connected at the same time. This could impact the playback of the app. We recommend using private, home connections.
- If you can, try a different WiFi network. If the app works on a different connection, the issue could be with the Wi-Fi connection itself.
