Why does my Stingray Karaoke Party subscription not play mp4 downloads from the Karaoke Store?

The Stingray Karaoke Party app provides a subscription-based karaoke service that allows you to play videos directly from your mobile device.

 

On the other hand, the Karaoke Store allows you to individually purchase and play mp4 downloads. These can be played on your computer or karaoke machine for a personalized karaoke experience

 

While the two services are different and a mobile app subscription is not compatible with the Karaoke Store, your account will allow you to log in to both the app and the Karaoke Store.
