Reinstall the Stingray Karaoke Party app

1.  On the home screen, tap and hold the Stingray Karaoke Party app until it starts shaking
2. Tap the X on the icon
3. Open the App Store then search for and install the Stingray Karaoke Party app.

iPad

3. Open the App Store then search for and install the Stingray Karaoke Party app.

Android 6.0+

1. Go go to your device's Settings
2. Select Apps.
3. Find the Stingray Karaoke Party app in your list of apps, tap it.
4. Tap Store>Clear Data
5. Tap Uninstall.
6. Open Google Play and install the Stingray Karaoke Party app.

Older Android devices

1. Go to your phone's Settings
2. Select Applications, then Manage applications.
3. Find the Stingray Karaoke Party app in your list of app and tap it.
4. Tap Clear Data
5. Open Google Play and install the Stingray Karaoke Party app.
